Payment
We offer flexible payment options, including cash, banker’s draft, bank transfer, or cheque. Full payment is required once the service is completed. If there is any remaining balance, you may have up to 30 days to pay it off. After 30 days, you will incur interest or fines on the outstanding amount. If the balance is unpaid for over 60 days, we may use small claims or collection agencies to recover the amount, and you may be responsible for additional administrative or court fees.
Work Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel work, please inform us within 24 hours. You can contact us via fax, phone, email, or written notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover administrative costs incurred due to the cancellation.
Refund Policy
We aim for your satisfaction with our services. If you wish to cancel or are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the service. If you don’t contact us within this period, you will not be eligible for a refund or recovery.
Service Availability
Our services are available in the Delhi NCR region.
Employee Solicitation
By entering into an agreement with us, you agree not to hire our employees directly. If you attempt to hire any of our staff, you will be required to pay the training fees we invested in their development.
Price Changes
We have the right to adjust our service prices. If there are any changes, we will notify our clients accordingly.
